Have you heard the saying 'if it's not broken, don't fix it'? What is with the new Wellbeing tissues? Very disappointed with the new design, the tissues layers constantly seperate and tear when pulled out and aren't as soft. Very unhappy.

Poor Quality Now

What’s happening to my favourite tissue? As an allergy sufferer and frequent user of the aloe and vitamin E tissues, it’s disappointing to find the standard of quality I’ve come to expect from Kleenex is sadly not there anymore, and here’s why. The tissues size has gotten smaller, each of the 3 ply feels thinner and the layers always separate, the texture feels rougher and is not as well steeped in aloe and vitamin E. I’m happy to pay a premium price for a premium product, but unfortunately you fall very short of delivering this, and I’m forced to look for another brand. Please read your reviews, stand up, and take action Kleenex!

I used to spend extra on Kleenex tissues as they were the softest. No more I’m afraid. I do hope the quality is upgraded again. Very disappointed.

Good product gone Bad

The 70 pack of Aloe & Vitamin E large and thick tissues were once soft and of good quality. Of late they are not as smooth and when being removed from the box, sheets tend to stick together. The tissue feels thin and CHEAP but is very expensive. Looking for another brand.

What has happened?

We choose the higher prices for these tissues for the softness and it seems a a batch has come out of wellbeing aloe vera and vitamin e that feels like a cheap brand (sand paper quality ). Did the aloe vera and vitamin e get fogotten to be added?

Quality noticeably reduced

The quality of the tissues have noticeably decreased recently. The paper is not as soft and leaves my nose feeling rough. I have doubts that there's even any aloe or vitamin B left in the formula. Also the paper feels thinner and the two plys separate as you pull them out of the box. Please pay attention to these reviews Kleenex, you used to be the best now you're down there with generic home brand, but more expensive.

No longer soft and each ply separates

These tissues are all I buy, but they're no longer as soft as they used to be, and the layers of ply separate very easily. I'm going to look for a different product.

Product and packaging quality both declined

Tissues have become more flimsy and less "gentle" and the packaging is now ridiculous - the plastic tissue separator replaced with paper which rips apart when the box is opened. The change which apparently took place last year, is obvious by the change in reviews which have gone from 5-star down to 1-star.
